The Best-Priced Loan, Guaranteed

If you are approved for a loan with Catholic Home Loan, LLC and you obtain a comparable underwritten approved loan from another lender the same day, we will meet the other lender's pricing or, at our discretion and with proof of closing a lower priced mortgage loan, we may choose to pay you $500 upon the closing of your loan with the other lender. Lowest Rate Guarantee applies to Catholic Home Loan Combo Refinance transactions below $417,000 and does not apply to purchase or stand alone home equity transactions.

How Our Guarantee Works
Our Guarantee is this simple:
  1. Apply for a loan with Catholic Home Loan, LLC. (An application is made upon receipt of the advance fee by Catholic Home Loan, LLC.) The guarantee applies to the original application date.
  2. If you receive an underwritten approval from another legitimate, licensed lender on the same day for a loan with comparable terms (for example, a conforming 30-year fixed-rate loan, with the same lock period, etc.) and that loan has a lower annual percentage rate (APR), we'll meet the other lender's APR or, at our discretion, we may choose to send you a check for $500 after you provide proof (HUD-1 settlement documentation) of closing your comparable loan with the other lender.
  3. Second lien products, non-FNMA, non-FHLMC loans, and Texas Home Equity products are not included in the guarantee. The guarantee is void where prohibited.
Contacting Us About the Guarantee
  1. For further information regarding the guarantee, please contact Catholic Home Loan, LLC at 800-270-8565 prior to obtaining a loan.
  2. To compare other loans to your loan, contact us at 800-270-8565. We will help you determine whether a competing offer meets the requirements for the guarantee, as outlined above. You'll need to fax information about your other loan to us. This information will include the other lender's and/or broker's name and contact information, a Truth in Lending disclosure form or other verification of the loan's APR, information requested regarding the terms of the approved underwritten loan, and a Good Faith Estimate, all dated the same day as the loan you requested through Catholic Home Loan, LLC. Upon closing and verification of the accuracy of the information you provided, including the HUD-1 settlement statement, you will be entitled to the guarantee money.
  3. If you receive confirmation from us that a competing loan offers a lower APR than the loan you applied for through Catholic Home Loan, LLC, and we choose to have you close with the other lender, you must also submit a copy of your signed final HUD-1 Settlement Statement within a week after the closing to collect the guarantee money.
  4. Catholic Home Loan, LLC reserves the right to end this program at any time. This guarantee is available for the same property once per household per year.

All lines of credit are subject to satisfactory appraisal, title, and insurance. This offer is not transferable and is available to homeowners who are 18 years of age or older. The amount of the line for which you qualify depends upon your annual gross income and the lendable equity in your home. This offer is valid for owner-occupied, single-family residences, townhouses, and condominiums only. Co-ops and mobile homes are excluded from this offer. Lines of Credit are Subject to Credit Approval

All rates are subject to change at any time without notice and may be higher or lower than the rate currently offered. Your rate and the corresponding ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE (APR) may be higher than the advertised rate and depends on the actual line amount, loan-to-value ratio of your home, your credit history, Catholic Home Loan LLC's credit policies, the state where your loan originated, and the date your application is received. The APR on variable rate lines is determined by adding a margin to an index. For example, if we assume a prime rate index of 4.00% and a margin of minus 0.26%, the resulting daily periodic rate will be 0.000102477 or 3.74% APR.
